As with other classics, why mess with it?
A White Russian is a cocktail made with vodka, coffee liqueur and cream served with ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Often milk or half and half will be used as an alternative to cream.
Glassware: Rocks Glass/Tumbler
Tools: Shaker, Strainer, Bar Spoon
In the shaker
- Add 40ml Big Dogs Vodka
- 70ml of Half ‘n Half (Milke/Cream)
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Add Ice, and shake
- Strain into glass (over ice)
- Float a 50ml fresh double espresso on the top (use a spoon for layers)
- Garnish with chocolate powder/shavings
